Orders
Orders consist of all items that are ordered new from the supplier through the depot. Therefore,
the item is shipped to the depot, identified at the depot, and then shipped out to the customer
from the depot. Similar to the Returns and Exchange worksheets, the tasks are listed along the
left side along with the corresponding laborers, laborers’ pay rates, and task times. The task
times are the same as in the Return Products in the Returns worksheet for the same tasks in the
Orders. The calculations remain the same for determining Total Cost/Order, Total Cost, and
Savings. The Order Count is an assumption. A more realistic value here will change the
outcome of AITs over the current method.
