The information presented to the right of the total cost are the Benefits/Disadvantages and %

Difference columns. The Benefits/Disadvantages column lists the perceived advantages and

disadvantages during operations acquired through use of 2D barcodes or RFID. The column to

the right, % Differences, lists the estimated percent difference associated with corresponding

operation. Negative numbers signify a decrease in operation times while positive numbers imply

an increase in operation times. Many of these numbers are estimates based on previous research;

however, more accurate percentages can be obtained through pilot tests and experiments within

the depot itself.
